Designing for Manufacturing

Fitnix came to us with their first generation Olympus Grips. The product faced a number of reliability & durability issues, and uncertainty in how to manufacture it cost-efficiently.

We optimized the design for manufacturing and supported the Fitnix team through product launch.

Drawing on a range of skill sets and experience from within our team, we helped Fitnix develop a new core product and supporting suite of accessories. Swiss-army knife of exercise accessories and movements in the palm of the user.
