Poplight came to us with an idea for a battery-powered wall light that attaches to the wall in seconds, without holes or wiring. We provided the industrial design, engineering, and supported manufacturing ramp up.
The product raised over $150,000 on Kickstarter, and was featured on the television show SharkTank.
We developed several features including a tool-free wall mounting system, a removable battery pack for easy recharging, capacitive touch user interface for dimming the light, and a curated unboxing experience. Product uses a capacitive touch interface for turning the light on/off, and dimming.
